• Users under 18 years old must have parental or guardian consent.
• You are responsible for ensuring your account complies with age and legal requirements.

2. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including your password.
• All activity under your account is your responsibility.
• Sharing your account or granting access to others without permission is prohibited.
• NJGHosting reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if security is compromised.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use NJGHosting services lawfully, responsibly, and respectfully:

• No hosting, sharing, or distributing illegal content, including pirated materials.
• No engaging in malicious activities, including DDoS attacks, hacking, phishing, or malware distribution.
• No running unauthorized proxies, VPNs, or tunneling services.
• No spamming, phishing, or other fraudulent activity.
• Comply with any applicable external API, platform, or service terms when interacting with third-party systems.
• Follow NJGHosting's Fair Use Policy (FUP) and all applicable resource limits.

4. Payments & Billing

• All payments are due in advance unless stated otherwise.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
• Refunds are not guaranteed and are granted at NJGHosting's discretion.
• NJGHosting reserves the right to change prices or billing methods with notice.

5. Content & Data

• You retain ownership of your files, databases, and configurations.
• NJGHosting is not responsible for data loss due to downtime, attacks, hardware failure, or account termination.
• Users are fully responsible for creating and maintaining their own backups.

6. Service Availability

• NJGHosting strives for reliable uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• Downtime, maintenance, or outages may occur, and NJGHosting is not liable for losses caused by downtime.

7. Security

• Users must not attempt unauthorized access to NJGHosting systems.
• Security vulnerabilities must be reported promptly.
• NJGHosting may suspend accounts or block activity that threatens system integrity or security.

8. Enforcement & Termination

• Violations of this TOS or the FUP may result in warnings, content removal, suspension, or permanent termination.
• NJGHosting may terminate services without notice for severe or repeated violations.
• Termination results in permanent deletion of all account data, including files, databases, and configurations.

9. Limitation of Liability

• NJGHosting services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• NJGHosting is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to data loss, service interruption, downtime, financial loss, or loss of business.

10. Catch-All Clause (Additional Restrictions)

• The examples listed in this TOS are not comprehensive.
• NJGHosting reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate any activity deemed abusive, harmful, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate, even if not explicitly listed here.
• Users must comply with all reasonable restrictions imposed to maintain service integrity, security, and reliability.

11. Changes to Terms

NJGHosting may update this TOS at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
